role description

Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

Join one of the world's largest, most recognised names in online entertainment and take ownership of the events that bring our brands to life on a global stage. This is a central, high-impact role, planning and delivering community-driven events, industry conference activations and brand experiences that connect players, creators and community worldwide, as we move at speed with bold ambition.

What you’ll build with us:
Working closely with the Events Manager and cross-functional teams across Design, Marketing, Legal and Finance, you will own event delivery end to end, from initial scoping through to post-event reporting. Taking a brief and driving it forward with guidance on strategy and structure, and ensuring every activation lands on time, on brand and within budget across a fast-moving global calendar.

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

Who is Easygo?
We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Own end-to-end coordination of assigned events, managing timelines, run-of-show documents and delivery checklists across multiple activations at once
  • Coordinate booth logistics including floor space, furniture, branding, AV and on-site production, and manage setup through pack-down
  • Source, brief and manage external vendors and suppliers, negotiating costs and tracking purchase orders and invoices to deliver within budget
  • Partner with Design on booth creative and signage, align with Marketing's campaign calendars, and coordinate with Legal on venue and vendor agreements
  • Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates on event status, risks and outcomes
  • Plan community-facing activations, including experiential moments, competitions and giveaways that bring Easygo's brand to life
  • Compile post-event reports covering attendance, budget reconciliation and key learnings, and identify ways to improve delivery over time

Your track record:

  • 2+ years in events coordination, production or a similar operational role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and confidence picking up new tools quickly (Easygo's events workflow runs on Jira and Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, and Canva and Figma)
  • Experience sourcing, briefing and managing external suppliers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing event budgets and PO processes
  • Comfortable working across teams and with senior stakeholders
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Background in gaming, streaming, esports or entertainment
  • Experience coordinating logistics for events across multiple regions or time zones
