role description

Are you ready to get the Easygo Edge?

We're looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to join our Marketing team and expand our brand's reach and revenue by managing a portfolio of performance driven affiliate partners. Think SEO, PPC, media buying and mobile apps. The role suits someone commercially minded, comfortable with numbers and confident dealing directly with partners.

What you’ll build with us:

Reporting to our Senior Affiliate Manager, this role sits at the centre of our affiliate program. The partners you look after drive high quality traffic through diverse digital channels, and your job is to make each partnership work harder for customer acquisition. It takes a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to adapt as the digital landscape evolves.

Salary: $80,000-90,000

We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time opportunity at our Melbourne office. You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.

Who is Easygo?
We’re a high-growth, high-velocity tech company with millions of eyeballs on us every day. We’re building the future of fearless tech.

We’re the creators behind some of the most popular brands including Stake, KICK and Easygo Games. While they command a fierce global following, our crew is employed directly by Easygo and that’s where the real fun happens.

We’re always looking for people who are hungry, humble and move fast. People who are ready to Unify, Disrupt and Evolve with us.

With us you’ll grow faster and go further. Your work has impact. And that gives you an edge you can’t get anywhere else.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Identify, research and onboard new affiliates to expand our network across a range of traffic sources
  • Benchmark our program, commission structures and partner portfolio against key competitors through in depth competitive analysis
  • Stay ahead of trends in SEO, paid media and app marketing, plus shifts in search engine and AI algorithms
  • Act as the main point of contact for your affiliates, owning their ongoing engagement and support
  • Negotiate improved deal and commission structures to maximise profitability and traffic volume
  • Analyse performance data to optimise existing deals, spot growth opportunities and keep traffic quality aligned with business goals
  • Monitor KPIs and report on program performance
  • Protect brand integrity by vetting partners, monitoring their activity and ensuring program compliance
  • Keep everything running smoothly by managing admin tasks and coordinating with cross functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes

Your track record:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in performance based affiliate marketing or a similar data driven digital marketing role
  • Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail, with demonstrated proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for analysis, forecasting and reporting
  • Experience with affiliate or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or similar to run competitive analysis and uncover new opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements with performance driven partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication for clear, professional interaction with internal teams and external affiliates
  • A proactive, problem solving mindset, able to troubleshoot quickly and propose data backed solutions
  • Highly organised and self motivated

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Knowledge of performance marketing channels, including how search engine algorithms and AI impact traffic acquisition
  • An understanding of streaming platforms for content creators
  • Familiarity with the sports betting, online gambling or crypto industries
  • A strong ability to learn and adapt, keeping pace with new tools, automation and shifts in the digital landscape
