About ChainJobs

ChainJobs is a crypto & web3 job board that aggregates 2,641 live roles directly from the official careers pages of 120 onchain companies — exchanges, L1/L2 teams, DeFi protocols, wallets, infra and more.

Every listing links to the company's own application page. The board re-scrapes daily: stale roles are removed automatically, so what you see is actually open.

Alongside engineering we deliberately surface the non-technical side of the industry — marketing, growth, BD, community and design roles that other boards bury.

About the data

Where listings come from. Every role is pulled directly from the company's own applicant tracking system via its public job-board API — Greenhouse (boards-api.greenhouse.io), Lever (api.lever.co) and Ashby (api.ashbyhq.com). We do not copy from other job boards or accept unverified feeds. Each company is validated as genuinely crypto/web3 by scanning its live job text for on-chain signals before it is ever listed, so a name collision (a non-crypto company sharing an ATS slug) can't leak onto the board.

Refresh cadence. The board re-scrapes every company once daily. A role stops showing as active 48 hours after it disappears from the company's ATS and is removed entirely after 7 days, so listings you see are the ones still open at source.

Salary methodology. Salary figures are shown only when the employer publishes a band on its own listing (Lever/Ashby structured comp fields, or a US-style annual range parsed from Greenhouse posting text). We never infer, average across the market, or estimate a salary. Placeholder bands (e.g. a company-wide ${min}–${max} default wider than 6× the floor) are rejected. On the salary explorer each role is summarized by its band midpoint; the median and 25th–75th percentiles are computed across those midpoints for categories with at least 10 published bands.

Corrections. If a listing is wrong, stale, or shouldn't be here, email us and we'll fix or remove it.
