Product Marketing Manager - LATAM

Responsibilities

• Drive the go-to-market strategy across multiple Binance products
  
  

• Define goals, audience, positioning and messaging, and drive execution of growth initiatives to achieve business outcomes
  
  

• Collaborate across business, marketing and regional teams to deliver on business goals and priorities
  
  

• Gather key competitive, market and customer insights, to inform product development, business plans and marketing strategies
  
  

• Be customer obsessed. Take customer experience to the next level by being the voice of the market and customer
  
  

• Launch insights-driven marketing programs that drive key business metrics, customer behaviors, and product objectives across audiences and channels
  
  

• Champion Binance’s marketing experimentation culture by testing measurable and scalable programs that you'll optimize and launch based on learnings
  
  

Requirements

• Strong interest and experience in cryptocurrency space and community
  
  

• A strong track record of spearheading launches and marketing campaigns that drove significant business results
  
  

• Highly collaborative leadership skills and a proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to meet common goals and objectives
  
  

• Strong business acumen and extensive experience with core analytical concepts like LTV and incrementality
  
  

• Strong ability to synthesize insights and leverage to influence key decisionsA scrappy and resourceful way of operating. You are able to unblock yourself to achieve your goals and are always thinking creatively about your approach to problems
  
  

• An ability to excel at both the strategic and operational levels, and to consistently meet or exceed planned objectives
  
  

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role demands a strong ability to use the spoken and written word to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
